Our online store is open 24/7. Our Rock Shop in Mallow is open Mondays to Saturdays 9:30am – 5:30pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays 12pm - 5pm.

Shipping is by courier for deliveries within Ireland. International shipping is done by An Post – Registered Post. Any changes in their delivery charges will be reflected on our site. You can check delivery charges and times here. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day, you will be emailed tracking details when the order has been dispatched.

Yes! At our online store check out, select the CLICK and COLLECT option. Your order will be available from our Store in Mallow, Co. Cork. Please allow us 24hrs to have your order ready. Your order will be available in store during shop Opening Hours. Your order number is required at collection.

Since many hands have touched your crystals before you, it's a great idea to cleanse them before you work with them. There are numerous ways to do this but some of the easiest are: 1. Running your crystals over incense or sage smoke. 2. Placing your crystals under running water. Be sure that your crystals are water safe before doing this one. Crystals like Selenite don't like water whereas it can really help to cleanse Quartz crystals. You can learn more here. 3. Leave your crystals out in the light of the next full moon. Moonlight is said to cleanse and recharge your crystals energy. Check here for dates of the next full moon.
